Directions

  1. Shell and devein shrimp.
  2. Make a marinade with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Place shrimp and marinade in a large zip-lock gallon bag. Marinate the shrimp for at least 4 hours, turning occasionally.
  4. Divide the shrimp and marinade into 6 individual earthenware dishes, or spread them on a shallow broiling pan.
  5. Broil the shrimp until they are lightly browned on both sides, approximately 5-6 minutes on each side.
