Broiled Orange Roughy

"Based on a recipe from Taste of Home’s Low-Carb Recipes. The intro states, “The fillets are flaky, moist and mildly flavored. They can be broiled in the oven, but I often cook them on our outdoor grill instead to cut down on kitchen cleanup.”"

  1. Very delicious and quick recipe! I had never cooked fish before, so I was shocked when it came out perfect! I used tilapia instead of the orange roughy and substituted 3 tbsp of olive oil for the butter. Definitely making it again!

  2. Delicious fish which we enjoyed. We used orange roughy but I think this will work with any fillets -- can't wait to have this again soon! Thanks for sharing!
