  • Combine the sugar and cinnamon together in small bowl.
  • Split the bagel.
  • Spread each half of the bagel with 1 tbsp cream cheese, and top with pineapple slice.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  • Broil 1 minute.

  1. This was a fun and tasty breakfast. I toasted my bagel first, then added the toppings, then broiled. I did not use sugar since the pinepple is already sweet.
