  • Preheat oven to 300°F.
  • Fry bread in butter until toasted golden.
  • Add hot milk and let stand for 30 minutes.
  • Pour into a buttered baking dish; add eggs, salt, granulated sugar, cinnamon and fruits.
  • Sprinkle brown sugar on top.
  • Bake for 45 minutes.
