  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray casserole dish with baking spray.
  • Mix soups, rice and milk; pour into casserole dish.
  • Lay chicken pieces on top.
  • Dot chicken with butter spray; sprinkle with pepper and paprika.
  • Bake 1 1/2 hours.

  1. This may be my fault for only having 2 cans of soup but the chicken was too dry. I had to add water because some of the rice wasn't done on top so I mixed the almost crunchy and brown rice in with the moist rice underneath, flipped the chicken over but I think I probably should have pulled the chicken off the top at that point. Was too much rice for that little amount of chicken so I added leftover rice to a vegetable soup I already had fixed.

Love to cook, but my wife doesn't like me in her kitchen. Favorite dish to cook - Love making and giving my fruitcake to people that like it. I think my Shrimp Scampi is my best.
