ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 3⁄4 cup chopped pecans
directions
- Beat egg white in mixer until stiff.
- Add brown sugar and continue beating.
- Stir in flour and salt.
- Fold in pecans.
- Drop by teaspoon on buttered cookie sheet.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Cool.
