Brown Sugar Pecan Bread

"This is a wonderful breakfast bread with a slightly sweet taste. The oat flour adds a nice texture, but if you don't have any, just add more of the wheat flour. From the "Bread Machine Book.""

  1. Great Bread! This is a good solid bread. Wonderful when it is warm but still very good cold. Good texture, just the right sweetness. I didn't use the pecan this time but I will next time. I know it will just add to its full flavor! GOOD RECIPE.

  2. This is a great bread to help you wake up in the morning! My husband likes peanut butter on it, I like butter and cinnamon/sugar on it. Either way it is a keeper. Thanks, Carole in Orlando

  3. This bread turned out beautifully! My husband ate half the loaf in one evening!!! It's just perfect for him... he has a sweet tooth and I'm trying to make more healthy treats for him. This is just sweet enough, and nice and cinnamon-y.

  4. This is 5 stars all the way. I used wheat bran instead of oat and Sugar Twin brown sugar substitute instead of the real thing but boy is it good! This is the first cinnamon bread recipe for the ABM that I've found that I like and I love this one. Thanks Mox for another wonderful bread recipe.
