  1. Place pork ribs in the bottom of slow cooker. Cover and cook on high 3 hours.
  2. Drain and discard liquid.
  3. In a small skillet, cook onion and garlic in butter until soft. Add remaining ingredients. Cook until sugar is dissolved. Pour over ribs.
  4. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.
  5. Remove, allow to cool. Place in freezer bag. Label and freeze.
  6. To serve. Thaw. Heat. Serve over rice.
