  • Combine the milk, brown sugar, and cinnamon stick in a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the tea and stir to so that all of the ingredcients are mixed together. Pour this mixture into 2 cups, top with whipped cream, and sprinkle with cinnmon.

  1. Such a lovely cup of tea! I cut the recipe in half since I was the only one partaking. I also used store bought whipped cream. I love the flavor of the cinnamon and brown sugar, as it isn't too sweet. Made for Spring 2014 PAC.
