- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 2⁄3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 1/2 cup pecan pieces or 1/2 cup walnut pieces
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or 1 teaspoon vanilla
directions
- Simmer (at low boil) together butter, water, brown sugar, cinnamon, and raisins for 1 minute. Stir in vanila bean paste.
