  • Simmer (at low boil) together butter, water, brown sugar, cinnamon, and raisins for 1 minute. Stir in vanila bean paste.

  1. Very good! Thick, rich and sweet. Used vanilla extract and added after I took the mixture off the stove. Used pecans and served with recipe #349437. Delicious as is, though for pancakes, I'd probably double the recipe, and use only 1/2 cup pecans. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
