  1. Start by mixing the oil and sugar beat it for 5 minutes add the eggs. Keep beating it for another 5 minutes on a low speed or you can also do it manually if you don't have an electric mixer. Add the vanilla, instant coffee, all purpose flour, melted chocolate mixed it well until all the ingredients are well incorporated and the mixture is really smooth.
  2. Heat the oven for 15 minutes at 375 celcius. Spread some butter on the bottom and around the pan before pouring the mixture into the pan. Put the brownie mixture into 9x9 or 9x11 inches baking pan. Bake it for 35 to 45 minutes. Let it cool down before cutting into serving pieces. Enjoy!
