  1. VERY TASTY... USED THIS CHEESECAKE FOR BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION..... ADDED CHOCOLATE GRANACHE WITH A WHISPER OF COFFEE LIQUOR.... GOT GREAT RAVES!!!

  2. Found this recipe on Taste of Home. Wow. Super simple and really tasty. I topped mine with whipped cream. The recipe said whipped cream and chocolate kisses were optional, but I thought it had plenty of chocolate.

  3. My daughter chose this for her 7th birthday cake- we all LOVED it. I think I may cut the chocolate down to 1/2 cup next time to get more "cheese" with every chocolate bite. Thanks for the great recipe!

  4. This recipe is delicious. This was my first experience baking a cheesecake and it was a huge hit with a big crowd! The only thing I needed to adjust was the baking time, mine took almost an hour just for the cheesecake layer. Next time I would also use more brownie mix to make a thicker layer for more chocolate flavor.

  5. I made these as mini cheesecakes, where a HUGE hit! I used bittersweet chocolate and it turned out beautifully. Just a suggestion, when swirling the chocolate, take care to keep it from hitting the sides, other wise when you remove the sides, the chocolate tends to stick.
