  • 1 (20 1/2 ounce) box fudge brownie mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 17 flat-bottomed ice cream cones
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon shortening
  • colored sprinkles

Directions

  1. prepare brownie batter according to package directions, using 3 eggs.
  2. place the ice cream cones in muffin cups.
  3. spoon about 3 tablespoons batter into each cone.
  4. bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean and top is dry.
  5. do not overbake.
  6. cool completely.
  7. in microwave, melt chocolate chips and shortening.
  8. stir until smooth.
  9. dip tops of brownies in melted chocolate.
  10. decorate with sprinkles.
