- 1 (20 1/2 ounce) box betty crocker low-fat brownie mix
- 3 cups all-bran cereal (thread type)
- 2 1⁄2 cups water
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
directions
- Put the All Bran into a large bowl and add the water; soak for 5 minutes.
- Add the brownie mix along with the baking powder to the All Bran and mix well by hand.
- Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and bake according to directions on box.
- When cool, cut into 20 squares.
- One square will equal 2 points.

My friend made these for our Superbowl party last night, they were good. All the kids ate them and the adults. There were a few comments from the adults that something was different about them but were good. After eating most of them we shared what the ingredients were. No one seemed to mind. They do taste different then regular brownies but if you need a chocolate fix, they do it. Thanks for sharing.

Most doctors may have heard of it but don't know an awful lot about it and so many times it goes misdiagnosed.
