Brownies--Weight Watchers--2 Points

"Two points for a big brownie. I think it is more like cake. It is loaded with fiber and very good. It is very chocolatey and moist."

  1. I entered the nutrition facts into my wieght watchers calculator and it says there only worth 1 point each.

  2. Cereal adds a bad aftertaste. Sorry, but this wont work for me.

  3. I make these but bake them in muffin pans (makes 24) for a chocolate muffin treat. They are very perishable though, so I keep them in the freezer and just get out the amount I want.

  4. My friend made these for our Superbowl party last night, they were good. All the kids ate them and the adults. There were a few comments from the adults that something was different about them but were good. After eating most of them we shared what the ingredients were. No one seemed to mind. They do taste different then regular brownies but if you need a chocolate fix, they do it. Thanks for sharing.

  5. Try them warmed up with a dollop of fat free whipped topping, makes them taste less "diet". Thanks for this.
