  1. Thank you MizzNezz, We shared this recipe as part of a Sunday brunch. It was perfect. We did a poll of our guests and all agreed that five star rating was appropriate. In regards to Chef's problem in speading the dough it was very simple with a water glass coated with biscuit flour

  2. Very nice flavor and not too much work except for the crust. Getting it spread in the pan was impossible! I never did get it half way up the sides. The dough was just too sticky. I'll make my own biscuit dough next time instead of using the Bisquick. Otherwise I liked this recipe. Nice combination of flavors and not too heavy.

  3. This was good. I used colby jack cheese because swiss is about the only cheese DH doesn't like. The crust takes a little time to spread, but a little working of it with patience and persistence worked just fine. The crust was really tasty. I think I'll try some bell pepper, mushrooms and breakfast sausage next time. Thank you for sharing, Miss Nezz.

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
