Brunch Eggs

"My mom and I have been making this recipe for at least 20 years. We even served this for brunch at my wedding! So easy because it's assembled the night before, so you just pop it in the oven in the morning. I have made this for Christmas morning every year since I got the recipe!"

Love to cook and entertain! I love this site and have found so many great recipes...I am known for my Moussaka and Spanikopita; also love to bake. I come from a long line of ladies who love to make delicious food for their family. We are not Greek but my grandmother grew up with a Greek family who taught her their delicious recipes. She has passed them down to us, along with many other delectable family traditions. I once sent her recipe for stuffing into the paper, who was publishing the best stuffing recipes; they selected hers out of hundreds of entries and only published eight!
