- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 (12 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 (14 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 (14 ounce) can English peas
- 1 (8 ounce) package frozen baby lima beans
- 2 (14 ounce) cans tomatoes
- 1 (8 ounce) bag of frozen sliced okra
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1⁄2 cup catsup
directions
- In a large soup pot add the beef & pork and add just enough water to cover the meat. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer on low at lease an hour. However, the longer you simmer it the better it is.
