  1. dice the mozzarella.
  2. mince the garlic and basil.
  3. dice the tomatoes.
  4. put the diced mozzarella, tomatoes, basil and garlic into a bowl.
  5. put the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in the same bowl and mix for 45 seconds or so.
  6. put bread on skillet.
  7. scoop the bruschetta on the bread and enjoy.
