Bruschetta Salad
"This is a delicious summer salad. Great with tomatoes fresh from the garden. I found this about 10 years ago in a Kraft cookbook and have made it every summer since."

- 3 cups fresh tomatoes, chunks
- 1 cup slivered red onion
- 1⁄2 lb day-old Italian bread, cubed
- 1 cup Italian salad dressing
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
directions
- Toss all ingredients in large salad bowl.
- Serve immediately.
