  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • wash brussel sprouts (if not pre-washed).
  • cut the brussel sprouts (cut off the end, cut in half).
  • put brussel sprouts on cookie sheet (even layer).
  • pour 1 cup of olive oil on brussel sprouts.
  • mix.
  • add salt and pepper to brussel sprouts.
  • mix again.
  • add the rest of the olive oil and add more salt and pepper.
  • bake for two hours or until you feel they are done (the way I cook them, they become like chips and are really good).
