  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. wash brussel sprouts (if not pre-washed).
  3. cut the brussel sprouts (cut off the end, cut in half).
  4. put brussel sprouts on cookie sheet (even layer).
  5. pour 1 cup of olive oil on brussel sprouts.
  6. mix.
  7. add salt and pepper to brussel sprouts.
  8. mix again.
  9. add the rest of the olive oil and add more salt and pepper.
  10. bake for two hours or until you feel they are done (the way I cook them, they become like chips and are really good).
