3 teaspoons thyme
3 teaspoons packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground allspice
2 teaspoons mace
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 ¹⁄₂ teaspoons salt
1 ¹⁄₂ teaspoons ground black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¹⁄₂ teaspoon ground cloves

directions

Mix ingredients together and rub on pork chops or chicken.
Grill or place in refridgerator until ready to grill.
