Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Season chicken with seasoning.
  2. Heat oil over medium high heat.
  3. Cook chicken for 4 to 5 minutes on each side over medium heat.
  4. Remove chicken.
  5. Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
  6. Saute onions, celery, bell pepper, and sliced smoked sausage for 5 minutes or until vegetables are somewhat wilted.
  7. Add chicken, tomatoes, and just enough water to cover chicken.
  8. Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
  9. Simmer up to 1 hour until chicken is tender. Serve over rice.
