Bubble up Pizza

"A Weight Watcher recipe that I found and adapted from a recipe website. 8 servings are 5.5 pts, 6 servings are 7.3 points, and if you add 17 slices turkey pepperoni that will add 2 points to the whole recipe."

  1. I first made Bubble Up Pizza from the WW recipe. Now I do it a bit differently. I simply make extra meat pasta sauce and have spaghetti one day then use the leftover sauce the next day for the 'pizza'. Just add extra toppings like olives, mushrooms etc. and add the biscuits as per the recipe.

  2. We loved this! It was super easy and very tasty! Even my 2 year old liked it. She kept saying "pizza" I will definitley make this again. I think my teenagers will love it too. Thanks for sharing :P

  3. This was so tasty! I used italian flovored ground turkey instead of ground beef and it was delicious, it tasted like sausage. The only dangerous part- between three of us, we devoured the whole thing!

  4. Perfect amount of ingredients, tasted great, and what I truly loved about this recipe is that the biscuits cooked thoroughly. I've made recipes that are similar to this but the amt. of the ingredients were too much and it weighted the dough down and certain areas were raw. Thank you Cookin' Mommy!

  5. Just got done eating this, and I'm stuffed. I ran my own ingredients through the tracker on WW, and I came up with 7 points for 8 servings. Hubby really liked it, so we'll definitely be making this again. I added a few red pepper flakes for a little heat, and used an italian cheese blend. Otherwise, made as written.

  2. I made this for lunch today and 2 out of 3 children liked it allot (which is wonderful in my book)! I used 1 pound of lean sausage instead of the ground beef. We thought that the ratio of meat to sauce was just right. I have made other bubble up pizzas before and if you get too much sauce, the biscuits won't cook all the way through and tend to get soggy. This is an easy dish, that is very filling and something I will make again. Thanks so much CookinQTGranny!

I live in Indiana and work at Hooters. My mom is Lauralie41 and I enjoy going home and looking at recipes with her, Zaar is my favorite cookbook. My son is seven months old and I cant imagine what it was like without him. He is a very happy, smart little boy and loves going to grandma and grandpas. I think he is going to be pretty spoiled! Will be going back to school soon and have a pretty busy schedule. <img src="http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y164/lauralie41/cookbookswapspring08.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket">
