FOR THE PEANUT BUTTER BALLS
- 2 cups peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar

FOR THE CHOCOLATE DIP
- 1 1⁄2 cups semisweet chocolate morsels
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 milk chocolate almond bark
- 1⁄4 paraffin wax block (optional)

FOR THE PEANUT BUTTER BALLS:
- Melt the butter and peanut butter in a medium saucepan. Stir constantly, until smooth and creamy. Remove from heat.
- Add vanilla and stir well.
- Gradually mix in powdered sugar. Add more if needed. The balls should keep their shape, but be still soft.

FOR THE CH0COLATE DIP:
- Using a double boiler, melt all ingredients, stirring constantly until smooth and creamy.
- Shape the peanut butter into walnut sized balls. Set on wax paper. Dip one ball at a time in the chocolate, leaving about a quarter size spot uncovered.
- Set on another sheet of wax paper to set. Chill.
