Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed vegetable beef soup, undiluted
  • 12 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Transfer to a greased 2 quart baking dish.
  3. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
