- 3 lbs buffalo stew meat
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup Burgundy wine
- 1 (1 ounce) package onion soup mix
directions
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Place ingredients in a covered casserole dish and bake 3 hours.
- Serve over rice.
- Beef can be substituted.
