Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 ounce) canof white chicken breasts or 1 -1 12 cup left over chicken breast
  • buffalo, sauce- add to your taste. i usually add 1/2 cup of frank's buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup finely shredded cheese, of your choice
  • serve with Frito Scoops or tortillas, chips. i also have served with a crusty italian or sourdough bread

Directions

  1. Soften your cream cheese and spread into a shallow dish or platter.
  2. Drain chicken and chop up. If you use left over chicken, you will need to shred or chop up in a small dice.
  3. Mix chicken with buffalo sauce to your taste. I like it moist because it will be baked and I don't like it to dry out.
  4. Spread chicken mixture evenly over the cream cheese.
  5. Top the chicken with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake in a 350 degree oven until heated through and bubbling around the edges.
