  • Place chicken breasts into a pan and add enough water to cover chicken - Bring to boil then reduce heat to medium and poach for 6 to 7 minutes.
  • Remove chicken and allow them to cool.
  • Once cool shred chicken using two forks.
  • Place chicken and hot sauce into a skillet-heat through add cream cheese ( cut into chunks) and dressing heat until well blended.
  • Add half of the shredded cheese stir until melted.
  • Place in crock-sprinkle top with remaining shredded cheese.
  • Serve with crackers.
