  • Cook macaroni according to package directions.
  • Rinse under cold water and drain.
  • Refrigerate until cold.
  • In a large bowl, combine dressing, mayonnaise, blue cheese, hot sauce and paprika.
  • Add chicken, celery, onion and macaroni. Mix well to combine.
  • Stir in tomatoes.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 30 mins.Gently stir again before serving.

  1. This makes a great lunch. It doesn't have a strong buffalo chicken flavor, but it was good anyway. I will add plenty of blue cheese next time.
     
  2. This was a really good salad. Next time,I think I'll add more blue cheese and just a tad more hot sauce. I'll definitely make this again.
     
  3. Great recipe. I have made this several times (found on the web site half my size). I usually do 4 portions and make it the main item for a lunch for work with some veggies on the side (baby carrots or sliced red bell pepper). Nice flavor.
