Buffalo Fries

"This is my version of the Buffalo Fries served at the Tommyknocker Brewery in Idaho Springs, CO. They are sooo good! This recipe can easily be doubled or scaled down for one. I like my fries drenched in the hot sauce and blue cheese, by all means don't add as much as is called for if you prefer. Enjoy!"

  1. I made these 3 different ways. Withh the fries, tater tots, & potato wedges. Very yummy. I didn’t add the blue cheese. Not husband’s favorite. But I still added back to the oven after i sauced. My favorite was with the potato wedges & tater tots. Fries were a bit soggy. Next time I’ll use my air fryer. Thanks!

  3. Pretty good i would say. Flavor was really good. As the other reviews started the fries don't remain cruncy but i think that should be expected. They weren't soggy by any means eather. I put them under the broiler with the blue cheese and some of the hot sauce burned onto the fries (kind of like a BBQ Grill which i really liked actually). Definitely will make again!!!

  4. I would love to figure out a way to keep these fries crispy, but the flavor was great! I want to try them with some garlic aioli next time, in place of the ranch! Thanks for sharing, KLBoyle!

  5. Very good! I used pepper jack cheese instead of the blue cheese... great! Thanks!
