Since I could not find buffalo anywhere. I combined 1 1/2 lbs 80/20 ground beef and 12 oz hot Gwaltney bulk sausage. I also added 1/2 tea of Ted's Montana Grill seasoning but the rest remained the same. This turned out to be a great meatball w/ lots of flavor. I know this is not a Buffalo meatball and maybe I should not have reviewed but it was soooo good, I just had to report my findings. ( Ted's can be found on the internet) and I use it on all things meat. It is the bomb!!!!!!!!!!!

i love to cook but other than my 3 yr old daughter and myself, i really dont have anyone to cook for. my daughter eats lots of broccoli and fresh garlic dishes and loves to help me in the kitchen preparing the food that she and i eat. i try to follow a strict organic lifestyle as best i can for my daughter and i.
