“My husband loves buffalo shrimp from Hooters, they are so good but pricey. So I came up with my own recipe for it and he says he likes it better. I batter all my shrimp in one step then fry them from the first I battered to the newest. That way it gives the coating a few minutes to set up before they go in the oil.”
