Ingredients Nutrition

  • 8 -10 ounces rotisserie-cooked chicken
  • 12 cup buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank's)
  • 12 cup bleu cheese salad dressing, chunky style, Marzetti brand preferred
  • swiss cheese
  • 1 Boboli pizza crust
  • 8 -10 celery ribs

Directions

  1. Here's what you buy:
  2. 1 rotisserie chicken (you will only use half the chicken for this recipe).
  3. 1 bottle Frank's hot wing sauce.
  4. 1 jar Marzetti chunky blue cheese dressing (usually in the produce section).
  5. 8 ounce package of sliced swiss cheese.
  6. 1 pizza crust.
  7. 1 bunch celery.
  8. Heat oven to 425°F.
  9. You will use half the meat for 1 pizza. Shred the meat. Put in a bowl with the hot sauce and stir to coat.
  10. Spread the blue cheese dressing on the crust.
  11. Top with the chicken, but leave most of the liquid in the bowl.
  12. Top with the cheese slices.
  13. Bake 18 - 20 minutes.
  14. Serve with celery sticks.
