  • Cook bulgar - simmer for 12 minute  Cool slightly.
  • Place all ingredients in food processor (except from broth on).  Process until smooth.
  • Shape in 4 patties, cook on med heat.
  • mash avocado, add garlic and salt.  Serve over burgers.
