  • Place beef in the freezer for 45 minutes to make it easier to slice.
  • Slice the beef very thinly.
  • Mix together the other ingredients and marinate the beef in this mixture for an hour.
  • Heat a medium sauté pan over high heat and cook the beef fully.
  • Slice the scallions thinly and garnish the beef with these and the toasted sesame seeds.
  • Serve over steamed white rice.
