  • 1 cup bulgur, uncooked
  • 2 cups beef bouillon, boiling
  • 1 cup honeydew melon, diced
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup jicama, cut into match sticks (or substitute celery)
  • 14 cup fat-free honey mustard dressing (or to taste)

  • Put the bulgur in a bowl and stir in the boiling bouillon.
  • Let stand 15 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed.
  • Chill if desired.
  • When ready to serve, stir in the remaining ingredients.
