  1. brown onion in oil in large frying pan.
  2. add small slices of tofu and soy sauce and fry lightly until colored.
  3. add bulgur and saute for a minute or so.
  4. add green beans and mix well.
  5. add boiled water and spice to taste
  6. cook covered until the water is absorbed.
