"This one is my own creation. It's a teriyaki style marinade for chicken wings. I use about half of a Costco size package of wings. I like to chop my wings into separate pieces."

ingredients

2 Thai chiles, diced
1 cup cilantro, diced
1 medium white onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
3 inches gingerroot, minced
1 cup yakisoba sauce (Bulldog Sauce)
1 cup soy sauce
¹⁄₄ cup rice wine vinegar
2 cups water
1 tablespoon fish sauce

directions

Marinate for minimum 12 hours.
Grill wings till done.
