  1. Make guacamole.
  2. Mix ground beef with salt and pepper and make into patties.
  3. Place peppers and burgers on a pan, and put in the oven (maybe 300? Idk. let me know how this goes for you.).
  4. Take peppers out after 10 minutes, and burgers out when they look done and ready.
  5. Put peppers on the plates, burger on top, spread with guacamole and top with a pepper. Would be cute with little toothpicks. :).
