Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (5 inch) spanish chorizo
  • oil
  • Batter
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • 12 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon yeast

Directions

  1. Take chorizo, deskin it and then slice one finger thick.
  2. Mix the flour and the yeast with a little salt and the beaten egg.
  3. Coat the chorizo in the batter and fry them in a deep fryer at the french fry temperature (based upon your manufacturer) until they rise to the surface golden brown.
  4. Allow to drain on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Serve immediately.
