  1. Easy and quick. I used it on some bass. stuck very nicely and had great flavor. thank you! i think it would be great on any mild white fish.

  2. I made this whiting tonight for Good Friday. It was delicious!!! I didn’t have cornmeal, so I used Italian bread crumbs. And shook some Red Robin on instead of paprika. It was wonderful. Crispy on the outside and moist and flaky inside. I’ve never cooked whiting before. This is now one of our go to quick meals.

  3. I made this last night and it was delicious! I am a person who ALWAYS uses tartar sauce on fish. But this was so good that I did not want to change the taste by adding tartar sauce. The only slight alteration I made to the recipe was adding a half teaspoon of lemon zest to the coating mixture. The seasoning was just the right amount, not running short or having a lot left over. 450 seemed awfully hot to me so I cooked it at 400 for 20 minutes and it came out just perfect. I used whiting fillets. Thank you for such an EZ to make and delicious recipe.

  4. Used almond milk and almond flour for a paleo version & it turned out great!

Tweaks

  1. I didn't have all the spices so I just used Old Bay, salt, pepper and seasoning salt, when finished. Kid tested, mother approved!

  2. My SO really enjoys fish, and I wanted a simple recipe to fix,so I chose this one.And I'm really glad I did.I followed the recipe as written except I didn't use any dill. And instead of drizzling the margarine,I used a pastry brush and brushed it on to give more of an even coating.Baked it for about 10 minutes.I served Recipe#30366 and lima beans as sides and all together this made a very good meal. This will be made again, thank you for posting."Keep Smiling:"
