  1. In a large bowl mix softened butter and sugar.
  2. Mix in egg yolk, extracts and flour.
  3. Spread and press dough in a 15x10x1" jelly-roll pan.
  4. Brush top of dough with unbeaten egg white.
  5. Sprinkle top with nuts and chocolate chips.
  6. Bake in a preheated 320°F oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Cool in pan, then cut into bars.
