  1. 4 adults and one toddler eating: and only 1/4 of the dessert is leftover! Do I need to go on??? EXCELLENT! When I saw this recipe, the first day it was posted, I nearly jumped out of my chair with excitment and couldn't wait to make it. No disappointment here. We love Butter Brickle ice cream and have a local parlor where it is homemade (which is what we used). DH asked for 2nds, my Dad asked for some to take for his lunchbreak tommorrow. Thank you so much for this recipe; I am sure I will be making this over and over and over! I bought 2 King Size Heath Bars and only used 1/2 of what I chopped.
