  • Melt butter in skillet.
  • Add garlic and onions. Fry 2-3 minute.
  • Add rest of ingredients down to chicken. Simmer on low for 10 minute.
  • Add chicken and creams and simmer 5 minute.
  • Serve over rice and garnish with cilantro.
