  • Cube the chicken, add yogurt, all the spices, garlic and ginger. Mix well, and let marinade overnight.
  • Heat frying pan to medium heat, add half the butter and onion, cook until softened.
  • Remove, and drain, chicken from the marinade, add to frying pan. Cook until browned. Add tomato puree, and cook until chicken is cooked through and tender.
  • Reduce heat to low and add the cream, making sure the mixture is not too hot, to prevent the cream splitting. Season as desired.
