Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup butter, softened,no subs
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 13 cups flour

Directions

  1. Cream butter; gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
  2. Beat in egg and almond ext.
  3. Gradually blend in flour.
  4. Roll out on floured surface; cut with cookie cutters.
  5. Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
  6. Bake at 350* for 8 minutes.
  7. Remove at once to wire rack.
