- 1 (300 ml) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (regular or low-fat)
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄3 cup corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1⁄3 cup raisins
- 24 prepared frozen tart shells, thawed
directions
- Whisk together Eagle Brand, brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, egg, cinnamon and raisins. Pour evenly into tart shells.
- Bake in preheated 375F oven 18 minutes or until center is just set and pastry is golden. Serve warm or at room temperature.
- TIP: For plump and textured raisins bring a little water to a boil. Turn off heat. Stir in raisins. Let stand 3-4 minutes. Drain and pat dry.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
