Directions

  1. Saute pecans in margarine, stirring constantly for about 5 minutes,or till roasted.
  2. Set aside to cool.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients,mix well.
  4. Pour into ice cream freezer can.
  5. Freeze about 10 minutes.
  6. Add pecans.
  7. Freeze until firm.
  8. Let ripen at least 1 hour.
  9. This keeps well when going to picnics or dinner.
  10. Makes 1 to 1 1/2 gallons.
