- 6 slices streaky bacon
- 28 g sage
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter (or margarine)
directions
- in a food processer zap zap the butter, sage and olive oil into a spreadable paste.
- spread all over your poultry, top with the rashers of bacon, poroceed with roasting as per your recipe and weight of bird.
