Buttermilk Pancakes

"don't know where I got this but my kids won't have a sleepover unless I promise to make this in the morning. That also means if they sleep at the neighbours, they all come to my house for breakfast."

  2. We had company for breakfast this morning and I decided to make pancakes. I came to Zaar and found this recipe and made Recipe #47780 to go along with the pancakes. Turned out great!! Our company was very please and so was I :) These were fluffy and had just the right texture. Thanks for posting your kids favorite breakfast pancakes :)

  3. These were super easy to make and tasted great. I had buttermilk from another recipe and so I thought I would try these. I am so glad I did. My toddlers loved them and I ate 3. I don't even like pancakes. :-)I can't wait until my DH tries them he is the one in the family that already loves pancakes. I didn't beat the eggs first, just missed that part, but I whisked them with the buttermilk then added to the dry ingredients. The resulting pancakes were light fluffy and quite flavorful. I will never use a pancake mix again. Thank you Barb for a recipe we will be using again and again.
